The noises all become one

as insanity seeps in slowly

the walls start spinning

you forget where you are



the doctors in white coats

theyre everywhere,

they say theres no cure

everyone trying to figure out what made you sick



rape,murder,drugs,abuse, whos to say



nothing makes sense anymore

you begin to feel like yoour in alices wonderland



the nurses give you pills

they make you relax and forget

make you forget what happened, even who you are



white padded rooms, supposed to help

they only make things worse



if they never find a cure

your on extended lock up

to pass the time you wonder aimlessly



eventually you realize

your never getting out

no amount of pleading will help



your time to go is getting close

and your dying slowly



Dying all alone in that dreaded place

without ever saying goodbye.

once upon a time

there was a girl

who loved her life, or did she?



Suddenly out of nowhere

a cloud of darkness came

and devoured the girl



the girl tried to escape

she struggled and struggled without any luck

at this point she had lost all hope



she accpeted this as her new life

sure, she had friends and a family

but did they ever know the real her



the answer is obvious

dont you see it

its so simple



the girl pretended she was content

she never let anyone see her true self

she put up walls to protect herself



then suddenly the girl fell in love



as each day passed

her walls began to crumble bit by bit

there was nothing she could do to stop it



then amongst the darkness

there was a beautiful radient light

so warm and inviting



at that moment her life changed

she no longer had to pretend she was hapy

for the first time she truely was,



how long will it last though??

Deaf to the world.

Feeling like a Raven

Watchful, observant, quiet, and reserved.

Looking but never truely seeing.



Like living a glass prison

feeling cornered and trapped

scared,petrified,nervous,and restless

hearing but never truely understanding



Theres no way out

As the world changes around you

You can do nothing but watch

wishing you were apart of it all



All alone with no one to talk to

beginning to think that nobody cares



suddenly as if out of nowhere

a mysterious figure appears in front of you



growing enough courage

slowly making eye contact

unexpectedly the figure has been

staring at you



its too good to be true

you must have something on you face



in one brisk movement it takes a key from around your neck



suddenly you no longer feel, alone,scared,isolated,restless, forgoten,trapped



with that one single key the door to your prison is now wide open.



like a skillful ninja unseen and unheard

you slipped into my heart
